Garden Maintenance: Hoe bedding soil and paths to remove seedlings

Plants aren't the only thing starting to grow fast now. This is peak time for weed seedlings, so get your hoe out. Get rid of seedlings now before they become more established and more difficult to remove. Better yet, put down some mulch!
